This highly regarded and popular event will consist of experts from across the health spectrum sharing insights and knowledge. The theme will focus on evidence based best practice, showcasing how we can implement this into our everyday working lives and ultimately improve client health outcomes. 
 

There are three registration options. Either register for the full two day conference, a Day Delegate Pass for either the Thursday or Friday or for the e-Delegate pass which will give access to the full conference via Whova app.

$420.00 incl GST             

A full conference pass provides you access to both days of the conference. This registration is for all health professionals.

 

The pass includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions on both Thursday 5 & Friday 6 November

  • Access to the exhibition across both days

  • Lunch and refreshment breaks

  • Access to the full virtual conference through the Whova app

NZRC Conference Day Pass - Thursday 5 November

 

This registration is for Thursday only of NZRC Respiratory Conference.

 

The pass includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions on Thursday 5 November

  • Access to the exhibition on Thursday 5 November

  • Lunch and refreshment breaks

 

NZRC Conference Day Pass - Friday 6 November

 

This registration is for Friday only of NZRC Respiratory Conference.

 

The pass includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions on Friday 6 November

  • Access to the exhibition on Friday 6 November

  • Lunch and refreshment breaks

An e-Delegate pass provides you access to both days of the conference virtually via the Whova App. This registration is for all health professionals.

 

The pass includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions on both Thursday 5 & Friday 6 November, accessible through the Whova app

Terms & Conditions

Full Conference Pass & Day Delegate Pass - Payment, Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full payment must be received prior to attending. Failure to pay prior to the event will result in entry to the conference and associated activities being denied. 

  • If you cancel before and including Thursday 1 October 2020, you will be liable for 50% of the full purchase price.

  • If you cancel between Friday 2 October and Wednesday 4 November 2020 you will be liable for the full purchase price.

  • If you do not show up to the event you will be liable for the full purchase price. No refunds will be permitted. 

  • If due to COVID-19, the 'live, in person' event is cancelled, and you do not wish to attend the 'virtual' conference, then you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the full purchase price paid.

Transfer

 

If you've booked but then can't attend, it's fine for another person to attend in your place as long as you let us know beforehand.
 
Please email holly@limeandsoda.co.nz with the name and contact email of your replacement delegate by Friday 31 October 2020. Failure to send any ticket transfer details by this date may result in your replacement not being permitted entry into the event. 

Change to Content, Postponement & Event Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the liability of the organisers is limited to the return of paid fees.

  • The organisers may alter the programme including times, dates and speakers of this event without notice to you at any time.

  • While we are sorry if this cause’s inconvenience, the organisers will not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such changes.

Waiver, release and liability discharge

  • I hereby waive, release and discharge from and and all liability for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft and all other foreseeable risks, claims or actions of any kind (including negligence) whatever and however occurring which may arise, at any time, from or in connection with, directly or indirectly, my participating in the Event, the following persons or entities: Lime & Soda (Event Organisers) and Asthma and Respiratory Foundation NZ and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, independent contractors, representatives, agents and volunteers.

  • I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the persons or entities mentioned above from any and all liabilities, claims or actions (including negligence) whatever and however caused which may arise, at any time, as a result of or connection with, directly or indirectly, my participation in the Event.

  • I authorise the use of any photos and or video or digital footage being used by Lime & Soda and Asthma and Respiratory Foundation in any promotional or advertising campaigns.

The "NZRC 2020 - New Zealand Respiratory Conference 2020" activity, has been endorsed by the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and has been approved for up to 10 CME credits for the General Practice Educational Programme (GPEP) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes.
